can't connect printful to ebay. keep getting error CODE: G150049051
their support told me its ebay issue.

what should I do?

Don't know why you aare having problem, except printify is for business sellers, so you need to upgrade account:

Also drop shipping is only allowed if items are yours, not when you sell on ebay & buy elsewhere to get items sent to buyers.
