Postal over charge

Had trouble with printer when doing postal labels recently and now noticed have been charged twice for 1 post label. Phone PayPal to be told it's Ebay need to contact... Emailed but no refund received. How do I claim back over charge.

Go to your summary page and to the left there's a menu for selling and within that there's an option for postage labels.  Clcik on that and you should see an option to cancel a label and you'll get a credit back.

you do have to cancel within a set timeframe though so I do hope you're still in time, good luck.
