I decided not to use eBay postal system.

although I have been paid for the item I have not received postage cost.

How do I get this.

You had postage on the two items you sold so when the buyer pays they will have paid the item price and the postage.

You pay the postage when you post 

ARe you on ebay managed payments or were you paid by paypal

Why do you think you have not received payment for the postage

I signed for eBay managed,
I have received item payment on first item albeit taking 5days but no
payment for postage that buyer paid to bay.
I have just sold another item so again I expect same prob
According to e bay no matter how you pay eBay deal with this

When ebay take the payment is it item + postage

The money they pay into your bank is the payment minus ebay fees or 12.8% +20
