Postage

Hi I recently sold a pair of curtains and I listed the postage at £4.00
The post office said they were too heavy and had to go via parcel force which cost me £13
I paid it and sent the curtains and told the buyer who said she would pay half of the extra cost which was £4.50 she asked me to invoice her so I did and she's now ignoring it
I am annoyed as the curtains were very expensive and brand new and I am out of pocket massively

Hello.....

You cannot ask a Buyer for more money for postage than quoted on a listing unless the Buyer has specifically asked for an upgrade.

I am sure most sellers have messed up on postage at some time or another and you just honour the sale...kick yourself...and use it as a learning curve.

The only person to be annoyed at  is yourself 😞
