Postage problems with eBay GSP

hello all

i have resently experienced problems with overseas buyers contacting me to say when they try to purchase, they are shown one postage charge but once committed the postage changes to a greater amount, any ideas?

GSP system will charge buyer for international tracked postage & customs fees, but until sold price is known, customs fees can't be calculated.

You receive domestic postage, rest of money buyer pays to Pitney bowes.
