Postage costs refund GSP.

Hi all,

does anyone know how I can get a refund from eBay for the postage I payed using the GSP?

I bought an item from UK, it was shipped through the GSP to the Netherlands, was incorrect, returned to the seller and I got a refund for the item and the P&P the seller charged me.

Now I have searched and searched, but I only found that eBay will refund the GSP charges, but not how to claim it.

For GSP items then it would have been better to open a dispute in paypal rather than in ebay, or for the seller to allow the case to be escalated, seller having refunded rather confuses the issue.

You will need to contact CS to tell them you still require refund of your delivery charge.
