Received two items in their original boxes which had been wrapped in ? a black bin bag; no cardboard box, bubble wrap or any other protective material. Both items are quite fragile: children's toys plus accessories - not packed but left loose even though small plastic bags were inside each box. One item was damaged - broken crank handle on toy bus. Seller says sorry and he doesn't have any bubble wrap when asked about flimsy packaging. He states he was trying to say me money by doing combined postage and in fact I paid less on the postage than I should. I want the item and can repair the damage. He has 100% positive rating at the moment.
What would you do?
