hi there

1.i`m first time sending a parcel through eBay GSP, and i was about to send my parcel to GSP centre useing myHermes but I have received a messege from them like this "GSP reference It appears you're sending an eBay GSP parcel. Please enter a valid eBay GSP reference to help idenity your parcel."

where I can find that reference number?

2.on ebay web site it states as follow "If the item is bought by someone in another country, we’ll send you the address of a UK shipping centre. We’ll also give you a unique code so that, when it gets to us, we know it’s yours and where it needs to go. Make sure you either print the label we provide or include that code if you use your own label."

so where I can get that unique code and where I can print the label that eBay has provided.

Either print a postal label or get the address and GSP tracking number from the order details.

If you use the standard Seller Summary page go to SOLD - select the item and you will see the print label and Order Details links on More Actions drop down menu to the right hand side (under Leave Feedback).

In Seller Manager it is in Awaiting Dispatch - on the drop down arrow menu on the left of the title.

Ship the item to the UK hub by tracked means.
