Bought a door. Didnt get message with pick up code. The seller askes for it

It's for the app. eBay should have sent it to your phone.  If not the seller can still mark as item dispatched on a PC or laptop, via More Action, right of item on their sold page. Or on seller hub they click on the item, then top left > Mark as Dispatched.
