On trying to find the best (lowest) price, I'm offered a cheap price on a different or non-existent item, (i.e. SIM EJECTOR PIN, or an EMPTY ENVELOPE! I wanted, & searched for the best price on neither,)
If these vendors were not trying to manipulate the system, what were they doing?
