Two parcels that i sent to the US a month ago have not arrived.
Sent them by Royal Mail Int. Standard. I have proof of posting.
According to Paypal I am 'eligible' for seller protection.
I just cannot find out how this works or how I claim.
Paypal are good at setting out their criteria but nowhere can i find out exactly how i claim or how this works. Shame on them.
It is hopeless trying to contact them.
Can anyone please advise?

It's simple Dave, ask the buyer to open a case, you respond stating you are enrolled in the global shipping programme, provide tracking proving delivery to the shipping hub and you're good.
