Payment on hold

I sold an item and dropped it off by hand I have photo proof and positive feedback was left 10 days ago why is my payment still on hold

When accounts are not used, and   then there is sudden selling activity ,  this raises red flags.  many dormant accounts are hijacked.

So,  Paypal have a blanket policy of a 21 day hold on all monies from sales,   for new an returnig sellers.

If you haev tracking showing delivery ,  or good feeback recieved,  money should be released between 3 - 7 days after the item's last estimated date for delivery. If not contact  Paypal direct.

Thank you i dont have tracking info as I delivered the package by hand as it was 15 min away from me... the positive feedback was left on the same day that was 10 days ago.. ive received payment for another item i sold after the item in question

Money should be released soon the, if not contact Paypal, with the good feedback information they should release the money now.

For a collection item it is 10 days after collection, with that good feedback posted, so it will be released any day now.
