Paying for a return label when eBay has got involved

Away from home Ihad no internet when the buyer wanted to return an item Phoned eBay and asked them to issue a return label Returned home and found it had not been done Rang eBay as I found I couldn't print a label as buyer had asked them to resolve it They said to send the money for return via PayPal The buyer won't let me do this I have now got notice that in two days they will issue a refund and she won't have to return it This is not my fault What can I do? Help please

Your post is quite confusing

All disputes are done through the resolution centre so no use asking ebay by phone to send a label

How do you mean " I found I could not print a label"?

You dont print it ebay sends the label once you have bought it to the buyer and they print is out and put it on the return item

If you can not buy the ebay postage label now then go to the Royal MAil site or courier and buy it there 

Put yourself as the recipient and then send it to the buyer to print

They are correct is you do not deal with it then ebay may send a label or may just refund and you would not get your item back

If ebay step in after a dispute has been opened for 8 full days you pay the fees and a defect on your account.
