That old chestnut.
Bought from large company but they sent the wrong thing, which they picked up 2 days later and about 2 days after that authourized a refund.
Checked the paypal and its listed as pending.Now I've had pending before, but its always a private seller and had to refund myself which pended. But this is to a big company, and i emailed them yesterday and they've responded that accounts have confirmed it has left thier account.
The company is Record Power and the amount is £205.
Obviously record power are good for it, but its still pending, and im not new to this either, Ive been a member for 13 years, and no bad feedback in that time, in fact overall it rates me well.
Contactting 'message us' is a pointless exercise, so is there any other way of resolving or is it just wait ?
I wish at least they could give you an approximate time scale as theres other stuff i need, including the original item.
