Hi , I live in Cyprus , I have been with PayPal for years with my UK address , but they will not let me change my account address to Cyprus . So I opened a new account with my Cyprus address.
i changed my eBay settings to make my new PayPal account the default one . All worked well for a short while , a few items I bought where charged to the new account .
But now eBay have started charging to my old PayPal account . How do I get eBay to stop doing this ?
