PayPal held funds - How to contact EBay

Hi there, 

Can anyone help me with a way to contact EBay in relation to held funds. I have been in touch with PayPal who have said I need to raise the issue with EBay however I am unable to find a contact email address, telephone number or even the chat function. I just keep getting shoen articles. 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Contacting eBay would make no difference

• As a new, infrequent or returning seller your first few payments are subject to a 21 day security hold

• This is to ensure you are genuine & have the items you advertised for sale

• When you look in Paypal (all activity) and it says "pending OK to send" then you must send the item
•
• Your funds will be held for 21 days in order to allow you to send the goods, for them to arrive & be checked by the buyer & for any possible issues to be resolved

• This process can be accelerated to just 7 days if you send the item by a tracked service with online delivery confirmation. When you add the tracking number to eBay & Paypal & it shows delivered then on day 8 the funds are released

• This is also for your protection as new accounts or those not often used for selling are generally those targeted by hackers. If Paypal released the funds before a problem was noticed & the hacker got away with the money.....then as your account was used...YOU would be responsible for the refund

thank you. I had posted tracked and buyer has also marked as received over 2 weeks ago. I guess i will just have to wait.

Call Paypal, just confirm the tracking number with them that it has shown delivery, they should then release the money for you sooner. They are very helpful up there in Paypal Towers!

It is important when you send tracked that you add the tracking number to the eBay transaction

No idea why Paypal told you to contact eBay,  you are a new seller on this account, so Paypal hold all monies from sales for 21 days .  This is to ensure that you will in that time post the item if not,  they have the money to refund the buyer.  Neither eBay nor Paypal know if you are a good seller and will post the item,  hence the hold on first sales monies.

If you post the item tracked,  and tracking shows delivery,  enter that tracking number where you marked the item as dispatched,  and Paypal will release the money sooner,   within 10 days.
