Hello, A buyer who bought things from in December said she wanted to collect from in person. She has just got around to making an appointment but now I can't find a record of what she bought because it has disappeared from my screen. She has not been charged for anything just yet because she asked me to wait until she was sure she didn't want anything else which was why I didn't invoice her. All the details from these transactions have disappeared, where can I find them? Is there a way to look up unpaid invoices which of course in this case haven't resulted in a case being filed? Thanks for any help
The items should stay in your sold items for 60 days and should be findable for the invoice for that month for up to 90 days
