I am going round in circles. Hermes have lost a parcel so I am seeking refnd/compensation and can't find how to contact. Postage was booked thru ebay. I have tracking number and confirmation of drop off. Parcel tracking as in transit. Has been many weeks now. Just issued buyer refund. I can't get into Paclink support (as I don't have a Paclink recognised number - tracking gives me a Hermes number). I can't get anywhere with Hermes as they say booked thru a 3rd party ie ebay/Paclink. I can't contact ebay as says call back not available currently. Help articles etc just go round in circles. Any advice? Thanks!
