I've Received no email from ebay to inform me my parcel is ready for collection . I have seen parcel there after contact with seller but he has informed me All his side has been completed and this problem is now ebay ? So how now to collect my parcel ? Ebays Fault ? Shops Fault ? What is the next stage after shop receives do they inform ebay ? Trying to contact ebay is rubbish and I may never use again after this experience ! Its **bleep** me off that much Im ready at speaking french !
The collection code should have been sent by email too you
If not then you need to contact ebay and ask them for it

You need to collect within 7 days or risk losing the item and the money
It is not the sellers fault of the shop
