Hi,
I hope someone may be able to give me an answer ?
I may need to send something that weighs less than 1 kilo however one part of it will be around 67cm in length once packaged, but it will fit the rest of the dimensions and weight restrictions..
I cannot find out if that will fit the Packlink/Hermes 1 kilo service as I know the regular dimensions are 45 x 35 x 16 cm ?
Hermes state 'Your parcel can weigh up to 15kg and should be no more than 120cm long and have a combined length and circumference of no more than 245cm' and also that it is based on weight. The value of the item is low and I have given postage as £2.95 so don't want to have to increase the postage.
I know there is a huge amount of criticism of Hermes on here however having used them for many years I have only had 2 problems and have sent hundreds of parcels in that time so probably should know the answer myself !
So please only helpful responses if any, not criticism of the carriers !
Many thanks :0)
you would have to buy the postage from Hermes directly, not through packlink
