Paid for ebay limeted

There was a payment took out my PayPal account without my promisstion & want too know why this has been down as fair as I can remember I didn't join up till getting 31.90 taken from my account & would like too know why this has been done!

eBay only take money from you for specific reasons:-

• You buy a returns label
• You sell and incur eBay fees
• You go through a verification process

If none of those apply to you then phone Paypal to get more information and, if necessary, report it as unauthorised.
