Paddington bear coat instead of bear with clothing

I thought I was purchasing a bear with clothing and ones I noticed my mistake I contacted the seller.IThe asked if I could return once I received the cost. She refused even though I told her she was way overpriced asking £40.

I have since received the coat and suspected it was fraud. I am in a Paddington group and asked the experts. They confirmed it doesn't look genuine and even if it was genuine it was majorly overpriced.

I can't believe eBay allow Sellers to treat customers like this and allow fraudulent things to be sold with no come back.

My feedback disappeared as well and I can't seem to put any new feedback. How is that possible?

You post is quite confusing, but you need to read the money back guarantee and use it, if the item you received was not the one described in the listing. 

Being 'overpriced' is not a not as described case.

I don't know why your feedback was removed, but you don't get a second go.

Of course there is a comeback.  eBay have a fool proof  30 day Money back Guarantee that guarantees you a full refund if you receive a fake item,  or one not as described.  It won't refund you for an over priced item though,  as this was clearly shown for you,  before purchase.

So if it is a fake,  open a case for item not as described in the Resolution Centre,  escalate after 4 days if not refunded beforehand.
