Packlink complaints

Does anyone have a complaint with regards to packlink service and damage claims, ?

I have a complaint regards to damage goods eBay listing which arrived at customers via Hermes smashed in mid August this claim is still pending despite regular communication from myself with all information they required..do they hope we will give up and move on..?

They do not appear to be a very efficient  company and I will never use again..

Shutl were much more efficient.

These Hermes drivers are self employed and get paid by how many they get delivered,so like anything in this world it depends who you get to deliver,as there are good ones and bad ones.I have to say my Hermes delivery person is 100%.

most of your listing won't be covered for compensation, why did you not use a service that did give you cover?

You say it was smashed ??  does that mean irt was fragile ??  If so was it even covered by the Packlink insurance as many many things are not

Lots of complaints about packlink,

I would never use them.

why any seller, especially a private one, would involve an unnecessary middleman [Packlink, Global etc] is beyond me.
