Packlink Label History

Hi Helpful Friend!

So, I have been looking to find my label history on my account and dont believe it is available. Packlink request a reference number when parcels are delayed or lost and the only way of finding this information is from the paid label.

I always use the service which is linked to my ebay accound but cannot locate the info from my label history.

Can anyone help please??

I would only ever buy postage from Royal Mail and the Post Office.

Using a service which makes it difficult to make claims is not a good idea. Surely you must get details of what you are paying for with the reference number. Don't you get a receipt, invoice or statement of your transactions.
