Packaging plastic rating or score

I love EBay for finding items second hand and reusing them. I buy a lot of new items too at great value prices. I’m also trying to reduce plastic some is unavoidable. Especially amateur sellers. I want a way of searching for eco friendly packaging or people who reuse repurpose plastic bag protection. I recently had t bags In their own plastic, in a large box of packaging beans in another box wrapped in extra plastic. It’s an important issue to more and more people. It’s part of eBay I think it’s worth a score on the feedback ‘Used reusable packaging?’ don’t you?

Plastic packaging, while being a scourge to our planet, is a necessary evil in ebay.

Think what would you use to pack delicate glassware and pottery, for instance? or electrical items? If not for plastic what else would you use to ensure a safe delivery?

I'm sure you'd be the first to complain if your received a broken item due to shoddy poorly packaged parcels.

A lot of sellers do recycle packaging, and plastic bags etc are becoming more recyclable during the manufacture process, so it shouldnt be long before all plastic follows.
