Hiya,
I ordered an item, it was delivered but the package was empty due to a large tear down the side. I've contacted the seller and shown pictures/the package being delivered in this state etc, so I was advised to make a claim through my purchase history, saying I didn't recieve the item. However, under the 'More actions' list there is no option to select 'I didn't receive it'. I think this is because it's been confirmed to have been delivered. Unfortunately there is nothing the seller can do to open a claim themselves, so I need to, however there is no situation specific to mine under the Help guidlines, and the phone Helpline is unavailable. Please get back to me.
