Outbid pop ups

I`m getting really fed up with these out bid pop ups constantly appearing on the page at least every 30 seconds , you delete them and then there straight back again , anybody else getting these annoying pop ups ??

you can turn them off by going to:-

my ebay >>> account tab >>> comunication preferences
