Does anyone know what's going on with eBay not received item case.. I have been trying to find out about my decision since asking eBay to step in and help.. it is been over a week now and all I get when I try to check the status is a page saying 'it's no you, it's us'..
what is going on?

Just a thought - is it perhaps an item that was to be sent from abroad using eBay's global shipping?
If so, eBay and not the seller will be responsible for refunding you. EBay is famous for enforcing refunds on sellers almost instantly, but somehow it seems to take a lot longer when eBay itself has to foot the bill!
