Hi wanting to know please if you have a pending offer waiting to be responded  to can someone still make a bid for your item? Or are all bids suspended  until offer expires or is declined ?

pending offers do not stop anyone else making offers or bidding on/buying your item

once a bid is made all offers are cancelled
