Offer price lower than Imwas expecting

Is it possible for the buyer to change the offer price without you knowing it. I though I had agreed a price and then saw that the purchaser had offered a lower price when it was too late to change it.

No.

The price you accept is the price they pay, it's not possible for the buyer to then change it to a lower offer.
