Anyone experiencing problems with the notifications feature ? Its that bell symbol. No matter how many times I clear it, it keeps coming back with the same notifications, day after day

It's absolute rubbish and doesn't show anything worth seeing,
it repeats old notifications and completely ignores new information,
just ignore it.
