Not received refund

 

Seller agreed refund item returns recorded.  Royal mail tracking shows item delivered & signed for 8 days ago.  Sent seller email but no response.  Is the next step open a case?

Open a case and enter the tracking number and escalate as soon as you are allowed - you will get your refund.
