Not charged enough for postage

I’ve just sold an item and received payment but then realised I hadn’t charged enough postage.  Does anyone know how to claim the additional cost from the buyer who is happy to pay the extra.  There doesn’t appear to be an option to send an invoice now that I’ve been paid.  Advice welcome, thanks

You can send them a separate invoice through PayPal for goods and services, just for the postage.

But how do you obtain their PayPal details when ebay blocks any messages obtaining mobile phone numbers and email addresses?

They should only do that before a sale, after a sale you can exchange that information.
