Not charged enough for postage

I’ve just sold an item and received payment but then realised I hadn’t charged enough postage.  Does anyone know how to claim the additional cost from the buyer who is happy to pay the extra.  There doesn’t appear to be an option to send an invoice now that I’ve been paid.  Advice welcome, thanks

You can send them a separate invoice through PayPal for goods and services, just for the postage.

Buyer does not have to pay more, and by splitting the payment, it invalidates the Full Money Back Guarantee. In other words if there was a problem the buyer would not get all his money back. It is up to sellers to get postage right first time.

Is Ebay Policy that the Buyer only Pays the Postage on the Listing. Is up to you to get it right when you List the Item.

If your Buyer really wants to send you some more money that's up to them, they certainly don't have to.

adding to the advice already given -

Obtaining any payment outside the eBay transaction is a serious breach of eBay policy.
