Bought item on 22 April dispatched 23 April delivery between 11 -15 May only coming Suffolk to Norfolk delivery meant to take 3-5 days can't open case till 15 as got to pass delivery date seller had brilliant feedback then since I bought has had nine negative feedbacks item not received ect doesn't reply to messages has no items for sale and and states away at moment weird how all feedback saying the same to go from brilliant seller to rubbish is bit strange

You can't open an Item Not Received Case until one day after the last Estimated Delivery Date. Maybe the Seller has been struck by Coronavirus ???

Why is the delivery so long just coming from Suffolk to Norfolk? You could walk it in far less time, but as you only have 6 days to go,open case asap.

Thank you just seems weird had great feedback then I noticed a couple days later had two negative and today there’s nine will have to wait it out thank you years of getting great feedback then in a many of days going to avoid seller scam ect

21 negative in three days can open case tomorrow I assume they will then want to give seller time to respond although not replying to any messages all 21 for non delivery and no reply emails

the item isn't due until 11 -15 May,

it really doesn't matter where it is coming from

the estimated delivery date is quite clear,

that is why you can't open a case until it is actually late

how can she be a 'rubbish' seller when your item isn't even late yet?

I think from going to great seller to 14 negative for items not received and no reply is pretty rubbish and still no item
