Hi. Can someone explain why are sellers not allowed to leave a negative feedback for buyers that don't pay? If I read those buyers feedback, I can see that other sellers have been scammed, but yet the feedback come as positive, which results in the buyer actually having a 100% feedback when in actual fact they have scammed others before and EBAY allows this to happen.
It isn't scamming, it is being a non payer.
If you get a non payer you should open a non payment dispute, close it after 4 days with no payment. You get your selling fees back and buyer gets a non payment strike.
No one can leave feedback.
Sellers have not been able to leave negative feedback for buyers for over 10 years, and leaving a silly comment in a green dot like all thse other sellers have done is pretty pointless as you have found.
If, instead a couple of those sellers had completed a non payment case they'd have had 2 strikes and been unable to buy from sellers who set their buyer preferences to block Buyers with 2 or more strikes.
