Hi, I have had a buyer who has not paid for an item. Opened an unpaid case which buyer has ignored. Sent message to buyer reminding them to pay and received abusive reply. I reported this to eBay just now.
What is likely to happen now? Will buyer be banned? Also how do I block this buyer from making any more bids? Is it possible to do this?
