Non payers!

What do most people do about people that bid & win items & then dont pay or back out because "they can afford it now" As far as i can see EBay only allow the resolution centre as a way but this just takes too long. I'm wondered whether to invoice each non payer a fee for backing out. Your thoughts?

What a foolish idea. They won't pay and you think that invoicing them will change anything. Do you like to pay fees for selling, when there is an Unpaid case that gets the fee refunded. You would rather pay a 10 % Fee than wait 4 days. Have you never heard of Buyer Preferences, Blocking bidders with 2 or more unpaid strikes and the Blocked Bidders List.
