eBay does not pay you the buyers do.
You are a returning seller after a long break from selling, so Paypal will hold your monies from sales for 21 days. This is to ensure you are still the account holder, and will post out those items, if not, they have the money to refund the buyers. Dormant accounts are often hijacked.
Log into your Paypal acocunt, find the transactions, if you see payment pending, OK to Post / Send, print postage label, or something similar, post the items asap to the address shown there in Paypal.
If tracking shows delivery, or you receive good feedncak, money is released sooner between 4 - 7 days.
