No payment from customer

Hello!

ive had a customer who has bought 5 things on my eBay account dating back to the 27th of may until the 1 of June. They have bought 5 different item and have not paid for any of them. I have sent payment reminders and contacted them a few times but I'm getting no response. 
someone help! Just want some advice what should I do? Cancel orders or wait?

HAVE YOU SENT A COMBINED INVOICE, ALTHOUGH BUYER SHOULD REALLY ARRANGE MULTIPLE PURCHASES IN ADVANCE.

 

Do not cancel until day 5 and make sure you select reason as Buyer Didn't Pay.

 

It might be a good idea to first BLOCK this buyer, THEN wait until all are over 4 days then cancel all together, rather than cancel one or two and then he pays. That would be the worst situation as he could then cause you all sorts of problems. Buyer may not be aware that you can cancel sale after 4 days giving them an Unpaid Strike as the previous unpaid system took at least 6 days to complete.

 

Set your Buyer Preferences to block all buyers with 2 or more unpaid strikes.
