You need to now call eBay Customer Support from the Help & CVontact tab above for them to give you the necessary code to pick up your item from the store. Type into bar there ... Click & Collect code required, and follow prompts to Call Us.
Do this asap, as you have only 7 days from the item arriving at the store for you then to pick the item up, otherwise the store may deem the transaction to be cancelled, and then have options how to deal with the item, which includes destroying it.
