No Special Delivery

Hello, my listing tool has recently changed to what I assume is the new version. I need to send something by special delivery but it is no longer giving me the option. The most I can get is Royal Mail Signed For. Does anyone know where I can find Special Delivery?

Are you using the Quick Listing tool, if so try advanced. Much better in any case once you get accustomed to it.
