Hi, I bought a wrist watch which was never received. I opened a case but it was closed after seller pretended to have sent a refund. That refund never came. I wrote to seller to inquire but they replied begging me not to give them negative feedback, and promised to do the refund immediately. Of course they never did. I need my money back (£4.99) please. Hope you can resolve this case. Thank you

Once you close a case you cannot reopen it. You do however have 180 days from the payment date to open a Paypal case in their resolution centre - don't listen to the seller this time and make sure that you escalate the case before the deadline set by Paypal.
