Think about it rationally, why would ebay actually provide sellers with the tools to block new members/buyers?

The site would die a sad and very slow death if they did.

everyone start with zero feedback, even you,

if sellers could block people without feedback there would be no more new buyers!

lack of feedback doesn't mean the buyer will be trouble

the only poor feedback you have received is from a member with 1000's of feedback,

When you get buyers buying more than one of an item before they find out if they like it,other buyers can’t wait for the post,other buyer making false statements about their order not arriving.All take a lot of time to sort out EBAY might some time have a look at it

what you describe is normal for selling on the internet,

you have to set your bidder requirements to block people with two or more non payment strikes and just deal with the rest

There is a block you can put in place to stop a buyer buying more than ** items from you in a short period of time. Basically put in place to stop anyone buying say, ten items, and leaving 10 negatives , trying to trash a seller's account. @perfectbeautyworld1
