New Payment system.

I have been an ebay buyer and seller for 16 years.

I am very unhappy with ebay's new payment system. Previously payments for the items I sell would go straight into my paypal account and the funds would be available immediately to me for other purchases.

I sold several items 6 days ago and still do not have the funds in my bank account. I know that there was a bank holiday but even then it would not make any difference with paypal, even if I received a payment in the middle of the night or on a weekend, it would still be available to me straight away in my paypal account.

This payment system is rubbish ebay and I do not feel that I have a future selling on ebay. I am now looking for alternative ways to sell my items.

Many say they are leaving,  but my money is the majority will stay,  as no matter which platform you choose,  eBay is still one of the best  as a  worldwide  selling platform,  but if you do find better,   please do come back and tell us.

The long weekend with a Bank Holiday Monday has delayed payments longer than usual,  mine  only appeared today.

However,  the main delay is with your bank not eBay or Adyen,  some banks take longer than others to process funds.

I'm no flag waver of MP ,  but too old,  and too settled to search around for  anything better,   and  to  start learning new rules and regs.
