very angry at the fact I bought an item on the 5th of august, the seller then cancelled selling the item to me as he had already sold it somewhere else, I have not yet recieved my refund after a month and a bit, really lost all respect for ebay as the customer service has been dreadful, I phone up and it was like speaking to a brick wall that put you on hold every second minute
Did you not open a item not received case? It's no good talking to CS they are useless.
To late to open acase in ebay but you still have time in paypal.
