very angry at the fact I bought an item on the 5th of august, the seller then cancelled selling the item to me as he had already sold it somewhere else, I have not yet recieved my refund after a month and a bit, really lost all respect for ebay as the customer service has been dreadful, I phone up and it was like speaking to a brick wall that put you on hold every second minute
Hi, provided that you don't have an open eBay case, just log into Paypal and open a case for item not received. Escalate to Paypal within a max of 20 days and don't let yourself be talked into closing the case - you won't be able to reopen it.
