Negative nectar points

Hi..i noticed my points on my nectar car was minus points so contacted nectar helpline they said ebay gave me 2500 points without telling me..then decided to take it back leaving me with minus nectar points..theres beenno contact from ebay to explain why they have done this everytime i swipe my card im paying off pooints to ebay ..this is so unfair..

I have heard that Ebay did credit points incorrectly, but if so why do you think it is right for you to spend them?

2500 points is rather a lot to not realise there was something wrong.

Ebay may have made a mistake, BUT so did you in spending what did not belong to you.

When you have been saving loyalty points for christmas you tend to accumilate a lot of points in a year..i had also bought a lot of items from ebay in the last month so yes it is easy to not realise extra points being payed in .i asked for advice not criticism on spending points that dont belong to me like a criminal..ive worked dam hard to get my points and save them for my family so thankyou for the non positive response last time i use this site. .
