Negative feedback

I've been trading on eBay for 9 years just bits and bobs, mostly used clothing and worked hard to keep my 100% feedback sometimes being considerably out of pocket due to an error in my listing or with postage costs but have taken it all in my stride as part of an eBay learning curve, I recently sold a bundle of clothing and sent it with Hermes who I've used before. After a week the buyer set me these 3 words"no parcel yet" I apologised profusely and said I'd look into it. On checking the tracking number I saw that it had got from my local depot to her local depot but no further so I sent her the tracking number and told her I'd chase it up. Hermes replied saying that the parcel had gone astray and that I could submit a claim. I immediately contacted the buyer again apologising and said I'd refund her instantly even though Hermes had advised me to wait 14 days incase the parcel had been found. So I sent her e refund and asked her to let me know when she received it, after 2 days I had t heard from her so I emailed her and she sent me back"no refund yet" again I apologised and on looking into it realised that although it leaves my account immediately it takes 3-5 days to get to hers, so again I contacted her to explain and said please let me know when you receive it. A whole week went by, I heard nothing then she leaves me this feedback

- parcel got lost, had full refund though

im just wondering if someone is allowed to leave negative feedback if I've done everything that I can to resolve it quickly through a problem that occurred through no fault of mine, it seems very harsh that she should be allowed, I've requested a feedback revision which she has ignored so where do I go from here as I can't bear looking at that huge red minus after I've worked so hard, if it can't be resolved I feel like removing myself completely and trying my local selling pages, such a shame after all these years but seems eBay are unwilling to help innocent sellers like me😓can anyone suggest what else I could try please.

many thanks

You could try ebay, you might catch them on a good day.   Link is at the bottom of this:

If that doesn't work although the red mark is gutting for you everyone who reads what the buyer has written will feel for you and see what a numpty the buyer is.
