Negative feedback

Can’t believe a buyer has left me negative feedback? She’s basically told a pack of lies, and I’ve asked eBay to step in and they won’t? I’ve been a seller / buyer on here for 14 years. You’d think that would count for something. Basically anyone can just ruin your feedback for no good reason. Has anyone had this happen to them?

If a buyer claims an item is not as described then you have no choice but to accept a return & issue a prepaid returns label......refunding when you get it back

 

However much you may disagree with the buyer it is essential that you follow that procedure & remain as civil as possible at all times .......working on the assumption that good relations with the buyer will reduce the risk of negative feedback
