If a buyer claims an item is not as described then you have no choice but to accept a return & issue a prepaid returns label......refunding when you get it back
However much you may disagree with the buyer it is essential that you follow that procedure & remain as civil as possible at all times .......working on the assumption that good relations with the buyer will reduce the risk of negative feedback
